ONAJI BOUSHI INAUGURATION!

WELCOME TO OUR COMICS BLOG!

This is the first post of our new project, a collaboration conceived and spawned over the past few months and dedicated to exposing some of the sickest, wackiest and overlooked comics we could get our hands on. Take a look at our links to get an initial idea of what sort of comics to expect-- we love Edogawa Rampo, '60s underground anarchist theater poster art, Go Nagai, Heartbroken Angels, Phoenix and Shinya Tsukamoto, for starters. All the comics you'll see on this blog are previously untranslated into English and range from comedy to horror to hentai (err.. hentai? WHAT? sorry fanboys, but you may have to take your furry fantasies elsewhere.) As a note for new readers, all of the comics should be read from top-to-bottom and right-to-left.

We'd love to hear your feedback, lavish praise, outrage or requests for specific comics in the blog's comments section. Go ahead and pass the URL on to anyone you think would like some sick and radical humor to brighten up their otherwise miserable lives. we'll love you for it, and YES, that does mean you might get free kisses.

Please read from right-to-left.

Sooo... You want me to post requests? I'd really love some of Yoshiharu Tsuge. Aside from Tsuya, Uwasa No Bushi, Mushroom Hunting, Marsh and Master of Gensen Kan. Already read those :)

I believe that Neji Shiki did get published in english in Comic Journal. Am I right? I live in Sweden, and my question is, how can I get my hands on a copy !?!

Morden - its a bit late to comment, but Nejishiki in the comics journal can be got by buying an old copy of that issue on amazon.com - issue 250. My talk on gekiga manga, along with Ryan, at APE convention in San Francisco, sunday 5pm, Nov 2nd 2008 will mention TSUGE and show a few very rare pages from his first manga work in 1956/57.
Best,
Sean Michael Wilson

How can I contact the original maker of this comic? I want to use it for something and I can't find information about the copyright
