HAPPY MONDAY FROM SHINTARO KAGO

Just getting my week started, greeted this groggy morning with a new 7-panel wordless gag manga by Shintaro Kago. This was posted on the Daily Manga page of his site:

Also worth noting, Kago continues to post new original drawings for sale on his site; The latest batch includes some original comic pages along with the usual spot illustrations. Here's my favorite of the new batch:

I'm starting to worry about my mental well-being. That sequence of events didn't strike me as at all odd. Rather, I found myself wondering how such a vehicle moves, trying to decide if the seat backrest was an extension on the tongue, or whether the steering wheel was somehow connected to the paranasal sinuses.

Panel 7 made me actually laugh out loud, I did not expect it. I should have though. Shame on me.

A Shintaro Kago typical surrealistic joke...I was told by fans of him he enjoys to call his own works really a s**t... But I am not sure if they were joking or not.

I think the vehicle is pushed forward by movement of tongue...and eyeballs are connected to the steering wheel by nerves...?(^_^) On the second picture what a taste the daylight have? Seems she have a plenty of food. Please, can I have a slice?(^_^)

I read Korokorosoushi by that author. About a year ago. English translation by Brolen. (sometimes called 13 Cruel Sufferings)...Really disturbing piece of art...
