As we noted in our previous post, a film is being made of Kazuo Umezu's Left Hand of God, Right Hand of the Devil. My main sources of info on this movie have been the offical site and Twitch Film.
On an earlier entry at Twitch, I posted and ask for updates... A few days later, they posted a huge reply that you should check out: HERE.
The main news: PRODUCTION PHOTOS! TRAILER! The film is set for a JULY 2006 release in Japan, and hopefully soon after it'll make it over to the states.

yeah, same here. Our friend Nate is in Japan for the summer, so hopefully he'll check it out (and maybe get us a poster, hint hint!)

Somehow the picture with axe reminds me of Al-Zarkawi and Nick Berg. ^_^
The teeny-bopper girls kind of scare me away, but I'll see this for Taguchi just for old times sake, plus he always makes really cool expressions as a badguy ;D
