It's a string of clips from the movie adaptation of 'Drifting Classroom' - I really want to see this movie. Looks like it could be just as batshit insane as the original, but in a completely different fashion. Spontaneous song and dance numbers! Child pregnancy! Cute alien mascots urinating on Japanese twins!
The IMDB page ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0125201/ ) is worth a read given that the bulk of the reviews are written by people that actually starred in the film.
